The first graders did an awesome job learning and sharing about a piece of their family heritage! We tried new foods, viewed old photographs, watched special performances, touched family artifacts, and listened to stories and information that help make each one of us who we are today. Enjoy the photos below- Way to go first graders!!

Beginning the week of December 12th we will begin our study of holiday celebrations around the world. We will learn about traditions in places such as England, Sweden, Germany, USA, Mexico, and Italy (to name a few)! Through this study, we will be completing a scrapbook to keep mementos, photos, and facts from their 'trip' to each country. To help bring the magic to life, I am looking for food and itms donations.
